LEXA Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the lexa-advisory.eu website and participation in events organized by LEXA.
LEXA LEARNING & ADVISORY S.R.L. (“LEXA”), registered under no. J2026002624008 and having tax identification number (CUI) 53290550, with its registered office in Bucharest, Sector 1, 45 Natației Street, 2nd floor, apartment 5, carries out training and business consulting activities.
LEXA owns and manages the website www.lexa-advisory.eu (the “Website”), as well as all related products and services, including courses, course materials, newsletters, graphic elements, and other associated materials.
These Terms and Conditions apply in any of the following situations:
- when you access or use the Website, including for newsletter subscription or downloading public materials; and/or
- when you register for courses, webinars, conferences, or any other events organized by LEXA (the “Events”).
In any of these contexts, you become a user of our services (the “User”) and are required to comply with these Terms and Conditions. LEXA may restrict access to the Website, Events, or other services or products if a User does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration and Participation in Events
LEXA organizes Events both online and in person, intended for the general public or for companies. The general participation rules are detailed below and are supplemented by the specific information provided to participants for each Event.
For Events dedicated to companies, the mandatory provisions are those set out in the agreement concluded between LEXA and the relevant organization.
Payment for Events
Participation in paid Events must be paid in accordance with the instructions indicated in the registration form or in the offer related to the selected Event, as applicable.
The invoice must be paid within 5 calendar days from the date it is received by email.
Refund Policy in Case of Withdrawal
- If you can no longer attend an Event and have already paid the fee, please notify LEXA at least 48 hours before the start of the Event, as this is required for a full refund. You may designate another participant at no additional cost, provided that you notify us by email at least 48 hours in advance.
- If the withdrawal notice is sent less than 48 hours before the Event, or if you do not attend, the fee paid will not be refunded.
- If the Event is cancelled by LEXA, regardless of the reason, the amount already paid will be refunded within a maximum of 48 hours from the cancellation.
- If the Event is rescheduled, regardless of the reason, the same rules as for the initial Event registration will apply, with no additional obligations for either party.

Conditions for Online Events
- Online Events are hosted through third-party platforms, such as Microsoft Teams or a platform indicated by the client for corporate Events. Before the Event, you will receive the necessary information regarding the platform used, and you are responsible for checking compatibility with your devices and systems.
- Participants must behave appropriately throughout the Event and must not disrupt the activity of lecturers or other participants. LEXA may disable a participant’s microphone/camera or exclude them if they disrupt the Event, in which case the Event fee will not be refunded. Users are not allowed to introduce bots or applications that take notes during Events. Some Events may be recorded.
2. Intellectual Property
All Website content elements — trademarks, logos, images, texts, audio materials, articles, graphics, animations, and similar materials — are the exclusive property of LEXA or its partners, as applicable. The software programs and technologies used or made available through the Website are also the property of LEXA or its licensors and are protected by applicable European Union legislation.
Users may use these materials only for accessing the Website and the Events. They may not be copied, modified, redistributed, published, licensed, or transferred in any form without LEXA’s prior written consent.
LEXA grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to view, print, or download the materials made available on the Website, strictly for personal and non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and intellectual property notices are preserved.
Any use contrary to the above conditions constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
LEXA does not guarantee the continuous or uninterrupted operation of the Website and is not responsible for fraudulent use of the Website by the User.
LEXA cannot control the security of information transmitted through the User’s network. Although we make every effort to protect data, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the Internet. Users are therefore encouraged to secure their devices and browser.
Any action that affects the security of systems or networks will result in the applicable legal liability.
LEXA makes efforts to update the Website and provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors. Any errors will be corrected promptly.
3. Other Provisions
Links to Third-Party Resources
The Website may include links to external platforms, such as LinkedIn, whose use is subject to their own terms and conditions. LEXA assumes no responsibility for the content or operation of such platforms or for any damage resulting from accessing them.
Force Majeure
Force majeure events, as defined under Romanian law, suspend or extinguish LEXA’s obligations. LEXA is not liable for failure to perform its obligations caused by such unforeseeable and uncontrollable events.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably, and, failing an agreement, by the competent courts of Romania.
The Website and Events may be accessed from Romania and from other countries, subject to technical availability. LEXA does not guarantee that the content or the Terms and Conditions comply with the laws of other countries.
LEXA reserves the right to notify the competent authorities if it identifies illegal behavior by Users.
Final Provisions
Use of the Website and participation in Events implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. They may be supplemented by additional rules specific to certain Events.
If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Website and do not participate in LEXA Events.

Messages must include your first name, last name, and email address for the response. A response will be provided within a maximum of 30 days. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the LEXA website and to participants in courses, webinars, and other events organized by LEXA.
